Inside Sales Representative

Manages a portfolio of existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for growing revenue and profitability through strong customer relationships, effective prospecting, and consistent use of sales tools and processes. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and achieve sales goals.

• Develops new business by prospecting, qualifying, and converting new customer opportunities.
• Manages and grows existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Responds to customer inquiries by preparing quotes, providing product information, and coordinating samples and follow-up.
• Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recommending additional or alternative products that meet customer needs.
• Maintains consistent communication with customers to understand demand, support projects, and ensure satisfaction.
• Uses CRM and sales tools (including Insight Center) to track activities, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Collaborates with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain, and logistics) to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer expectations are met.
• Monitors account performance and sales trends and takes action to address changes or risks.
• Supports new product launches and marketing initiatives as needed. (3%)
• Maintains knowledge of products, suppliers, and industry trends to effectively support customers.

Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development.
