As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Weiner, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations with strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will help to deter incidents through a visible presence while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity.

Pay Rate: $13.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:
Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or unauthorized access attempts in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations by assessing conditions, contacting appropriate personnel, and documenting security-related concerns according to post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
  • Support site operations by communicating with supervisors and/or client contacts, helping to deter disruptions, and maintaining detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and access control events.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
