What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, screening protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and/or vendor check-ins, and maintain required access logs and reports in support of security-related operations.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
* Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity by observing site conditions, reporting concerns, and following established post orders.
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
