Security Officer Access Screening Clerk – Redfield, AR (Part‑time, 21+ years, weekly pay, $15.76/hr).

Schedule:

Friday and Saturday 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM.

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document deliveries, contractors, and other authorized personnel in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, control points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns.
• Complete required reports, logs, and records related to access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, following Allied Universal and site guidelines.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
