Plant Electrical Reliability Technician — PLC & Drives

• Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic systems using schematics, test instruments, and PLCs.
• Install, maintain, and operate electrical equipment to support continuous operations.
• Pitch in with production teams when operating support is needed.
• Work solo with minimal supervision or as part of a maintenance crew.
• Navigate multiple plant areas and conditions (hot, cold, wet, greasy, noisy).
• Use standard and specialized tools, mobile equipment, pendant and overhead cranes, and forklifts.

• 8–12 hour shifts on days or nights
• Includes weekends and holidays
• Overtime as required
• Strict adherence to safety procedures; company‑provided PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots)

• Minimum 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience (military experience counts) or equivalent education in one or more: industrial electronics; motors/controls; electrical power and schematics/print reading; computers and PLCs; electronics; AC/DC theory; power; test instruments/instrumentation; electrical maintenance; commercial construction/installation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and self‑directed.
• Pass required assessment test(s).
