Maintain all equipment in the plant. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential functions satisfactorily.

Hourly rate: $32.25 per hour.

• Use mechanical and power tools to repair mill equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Use work order system.
• Perform basic maintenance on all equipment.
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs.
• Weld and fabricate for repairs and installation of mill equipment.
• Work on and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic units and devices.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Operate forklift—as required.
• Follow all applicable safety rules.
• Work regularly scheduled shifts.
• Work scheduled overtime—as required.
• Act as relief operator.
• Maintain constant alertness and work safely.

• Welding skills
• Wide range of mechanical skills and use of tools
