We perform over 84 million utility locates annually for numerous telecommunications, electric, gas, water, and sewer utilities across the nation. • Safely and accurately locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
• Thoroughly investigate designated areas for underground utilities, marking their locations, completing necessary documentation, and capturing photographs of each locate.

This is a full-time, daytime position. With a 48-hour turnaround on many locates, you will typically work the day after holidays and some weekends as needed. Flexibility for overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends) is essential based on business needs.

• A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; previous outdoor experience is advantageous.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Availability for overtime, weekend, and on-call shifts as necessary.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, as this position is safety-sensitive.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Capability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to distinguish between colors related to utility identification and marking.
• Proficient in reading and understanding locate tickets, maps, and prints.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
