Arkansas - Laborer Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will assist with a variety of manual tasks, supporting skilled trades and ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled tradespersons as needed on job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and bending for extended periods
• Ability to perform manual labor including trenching and digging using hand tools such as shovels for pipeline installation and maintenance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Authorized to work in the country of employment

• Previous experience in construction or general labor role
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• OSHA or relevant safety certification
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Problem-solving abilities
• Punctuality
