You will be responsible for leading and working alongside your team to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll both supervise and perform pressure washing work in the field.

• Lead and work alongside your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Perform pressure washing and related tasks efficiently and safely
• Utilize your experience to guide, train, and mentor other team members
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standards following company procedures and checklists

• One year of pressure washing or related experience
• One year of supervisor experience
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend shifts as needed
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Valid Driver’s License and experience driving commercial vehicles
