JOB DESCRIPTION: GENERAL HANDYMAN (full-time)
We are seeking a versatile and skilled General Handyman with experience in carpentry and electrical work to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks across different trades, contributing to our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to operate various tools and equipment, and experience managing multiple jobs. This position offers an opportunity to develop a broad skills set within the company.

work experience DUTIES:
- Assist in a wide variety of carpentry work, using hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, and roofing tasks as needed
- Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinets, and other building components with precision
- Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general site cleanup
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation safely across job sites
- Apply caulking, stucco, plastering, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting techniques
- Assist with plumbing, electrical wiring, fixture installation, and metal stud framing under supervision
- Always follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be reliable and punctual to work! - Proven experience in various trades such as carpentry, electrical work, masonry, or restoration industry experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication techniques
- Experience with heavy lifting and working on multiple types of projects including remodeling and new builds
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus
