Installation Supervisor – Commercial Refrigeration/Construction

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $35–$50/hr ($80,000 base DOE)

Schedule: Full-time | Travel required | Overnight & multi-day projects common

They are looking for you
, an experienced Installation Supervisor who thrives in the field, enjoys managing teams, and can oversee the successful delivery of refrigeration installation projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term career potential.

• Lead commercial refrigeration installation projects from planning to completion
• Supervise crews of Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
• Forecast manpower needs and manage schedules
• Oversee procurement, permits, and jobsite logistics
• Act as the go-to technical expert for supermarket refrigeration systems
• Ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction

• 5+ years in commercial refrigeration installation or construction
• 2+ years as a Foreman or supervisor (supermarket refrigeration strongly preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with rack refrigeration systems (not HVAC)
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel across multiple states
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or degree is a plus
