• Install, route, dress, and label copper and fiber optic cabling
• Perform rack and stack of servers, switches, and network equipment
• Install cable management systems, ladder racks, cabinets, and related infrastructure
• Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
• Test and troubleshoot cabling and connectivity issues
• Read and interpret floor plans, rack elevations, and infrastructure layouts
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and changes
• Follow all site-specific safety and security protocols
• Support data center operations and infrastructure projects as assigned

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a data center, low voltage, structured cabling, or related technical environment
• Basic understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling systems
• Experience with rack and stack activities preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively
• Must have basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely on ladders and lifts when required
