Simon Property Group at Colorado Mills seeks a hands-on maintenance technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and building structures. The role includes preventive maintenance, interior/exterior upkeep, and assisting with events and tenant support.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and skills in carpentry, electrical work, painting and drywall.
