Position reports to:
Maintenance Supervisor
Primarily focused on industrial equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operation of our machinery, equipment, and facilities. Ability to perform efficient work on a variety of equipment, executing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance. Responsibilities can include equipment installation, routine service, and troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong safety awareness by maintaining a clean, safe work environment and modeling safe, efficient work practices.
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation of machinery and production equipment, including fabrication of parts as needed.
- Communicate repair status with production teams and accurately document all maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMS.
Must hold a certificate or diploma in industrial maintenance related field, or in lieu of certificate/degree 2+ years’ related experience in an industrial maintenance field required.
Preferred Experience- PLC’s, control logic, troubleshooting and repairs of automated equipment in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical application, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems
- Experience with reliability center maintenance, lean manufacturing and analytical problem-solving tools including Six Sigma, Root Cause Failure Analysis and statistical analysis methods
