The SERVICE TECHNICIAN will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal, replacement, and maintenance of air filters in commercial HVAC systems. This role ensures that systems operate at optimal performance, supporting indoor air quality and energy efficiency standards.

• 1. REMOVE and replace air filters in commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
• 2. INSPECT HVAC units for cleanliness and proper operation during filter changes.
• 3. DOCUMENT work performed, including filter type, installation date, and system observations.
• 4. MAINTAIN and organize tools, equipment, and replacement filters in a clean and safe manner.
• 5. FOLLOW all safety protocols, including the proper handling of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• 6. REPORT any HVAC system issues or potential maintenance needs to the Manager.
• 7. STAY up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for HVAC system maintenance.
• 8. PERFORMS OTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

• Knowledge of HVAC system components and air filtration processes.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document work accurately.
• Skilled in maintaining customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and filters safely.
