Journeyman Electrician

Thompson Construction Services is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician willing to travel to project sites throughout Arkansas and surrounding states.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, controls, and related electrical components.
• Perform work in accordance with the National Electrical Code, project requirements, and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, customers, and other trades.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.

• Current Journeyman Electrician license applicable to assigned work locations.
• Relevant commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas and surrounding states.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or extended schedules when required by project demands.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
