In this role, you'll assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining sawmill, conveying, and production equipment while learning from experienced tradespeople. Responsibilities include mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, basic welding and fabrication, and strictly following safety procedures. You'll join a collaborative, safety-first team with structured training, mentorship, and clear paths to journeyperson status and long-term career growth in sustainable manufacturing.
