Compensation:
$20.00 per hour plus opportunities for overtime pay.
Employment Status:Full-Time
We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brinkley, AR, for a permanent, direct-hire position.
Core Duties- Execute routine HVAC maintenance and system tune‑ups.
- Ensure equipment longevity by cleaning coils and flushing drainage lines.
- Swap out worn components such as fan motors, belts, and capacitors to keep systems running smoothly.
- Verify system performance by checking refrigerant levels, electrical currents, and airflow.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within residential and light commercial HVAC units to restore comfort for our clients.
- Prior experience in general maintenance or HVAC work is highly valued.
- A solid foundation in mechanical and electrical principles.
- Reliable professional capable of managing tasks and working autonomously.
