- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance experience
- EPA Certification preferred (not required)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
- Maintain building systems, common areas, and grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls
Support property safety standards, inspections, and compliance requirements - Assist with maintaining inventory and maintenance supplies
