Join the Rite of Passage Team as a Part‑Time Case Manager at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas. DJTC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male youth ages 18‑21, offering a normalized high‑school experience, a safe environment, and opportunities for positive change and growth. As a Case Manager you will create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self‑fulfillment.
Responsibilities• Provide case management support to youth, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized service plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff, external agencies, and community resources to coordinate services.
• Attend court appearances and other required community meetings as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical exam.
- Pass a child and adult abuse central registry search.
- Valid driver’s license and meet requirements for an ROP‑eligible driver.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
