Location: Dover
Job Overview
Rehabilitation hospital setting with extended patient stays and an average length of stay 12‑14 days. Monday‑Friday schedule, 8am‑5pm with limited weekend coverage. Responsibilities include care of stable acute or post‑acute patients for rounds, patient progress assessment, and development of treatment plans.
RequirementsInternal medicine physicians; 2026 residents with J‑1 or H‑1B visa sponsorship. Experience in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is desired.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $ to $ annually. Incentives and benefits package included. All‑inclusive rates combine hourly base pay with potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay.
