Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part‑Time Cook at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (D.J.T.C.) in Dermott, Arkansas.

DJTC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male youth ages 18‑21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on‑site school and library, a vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area.

$16.00 - $17.17 per hour based on education and experience.

• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Have a clean driving record and an active driver’s license
