Job Description
This RN position places you on the Behavioral Health Unit at Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital, where you’ll be part of a dedicated team caring for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia. You’ll work 12‑hour day shifts, providing critical support in crisis stabilization, de‑escalation, and therapeutic milieu management. The role involves floating between the adult and geriatric units, offering varied experiences and the chance to hone skills across different patient populations.
Your focus will be on ensuring safety and fostering a supportive environment for patients, with no call duties required.

White Hall, AR - Shift: 12‑hour days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
