Summary:

4:13 Strong is a faith-based non-profit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee that empowers young men to transform their lives so that they can succeed personally and professionally. Our residential program provides a holistic approach to foster social, emotional and spiritual growth and takes approximately six to eight months for a participant to complete.

Job Summary: A 4:13 Strong Room 7 is responsible for working with the assigned House Manager, Campus Coordinator, and other 4:13 Strong staff leaders to help ensure campus safety, reliable transportation, meaningful activity leadership, and participant compliance with 4:13 Strong policies and procedures.

• Lead or assist with 40 Day Challenge or Working Men weekend activities 10 weekends per year
  • Actively participate in enrichment trips, service projects, and church services
  • Clean up and put away all equipment following activity’s conclusion
• Help oversee house living activities
  • Ensure house residents comply with program rules, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain overall house safety and security
  • Monitor movement of all men living in the house
  • Ensure rent payments are made on time and participants are meeting budgeting expectations
• Drive 8 hours per week
  • Monday-Sunday
  • Pick up or take 4:13 Strong participants to work
  • Includes grocery runs; church; AA meetings
• Meet with Campus Coordinator monthly for a team meeting
• Other tasks as assigned by House Manager or Campus Coordinator
• Participate in quarterly trainings

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal 4:13 Strong Room 7 candidate will be someone who is passionate about Christian ministry. He will be able to connect with the men of 4:13 Strong. The candidate will also have the following skills:

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Ability to make good decisions consistently through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Must believe in the core values of 4:13 Strong and be driven by the mission
