Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas
DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area.

Pay : $45,000 annually ; can increase based on education and years of experience

To be considered you should:
- Internal applicants must have completed Youth Care 101 and Essentials Subjects
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working at-risk youth
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule:
3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts
- A Shift – Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-3pm
* 1 hour break each day* - B Shift
-Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm
* 1 hour break each day*
