The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.), nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males.

Pay:$17.75 - $18.82perhour basedoneducation and experience.

Schedule includes4 hours ofguaranteedovertime each pay period

What you will do:

ADirect Juvenile Support Workerprovidesin person safety andsecurityaround-the-clock. In this role, you will provide for the physical,persona land health needs of each youth through individualmentoringand skill development.

Direct Juvenile Support Workers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’sneeds; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.

Direct Juvenile Support Worker will collaborate with other professional staff toestablishand meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

To be considered you should:

Possessa high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to passa search of the childand adult abuse central registry.

Schedule:

3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts

A Shift –Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-2pm
* 1 hour break each day*

B Shift-Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm
* 1 hour break each day*
