QA Engineer - OPS Tech

About the role

You'll ensure stable releases across multiple OPS Tech streams by owning testing quality for complex processes, integrations, and rapid product changes.

What you'll work on

* Shared QA coverage across five OPS Tech streams with defined testing SLA

* Web UI, APIs, and microservices integrations across customer, payments, and operational systems

* Business process validation in Creatio-based solutions across multiple domains

What you'll be responsible for

* Perform manual testing of web UI and microservices APIs, including feature validation and regression

* Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, and checklists

* Test APIs using Postman, curl, and OpenAPI/Swagger

* Log, track, and verify defects in Jira

* Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and requirements discussions with developers and business analysts

* Validate integrations and business logic across services

* Contribute to test automation by writing and maintaining automated tests within existing frameworks

* Analyze test failures and help maintain stable automated test runs

What we need

* 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs or microservices

* Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing types: smoke, regression, functional, integration

* Solid understanding of HTTP/REST and JSON (XML is a plus)

* Hands-on experience with API testing tools:
Postman, curl, OpenAPI/Swagger

* Basic understanding of microservices architecture

* Good SQL skills (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY)

Good to have

* Basic programming knowledge in Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or Java Script

* Understanding of OOP fundamentals

* Experience writing UI or API automated tests
