QA Engineer ATM

Location: Manila

About the role The Cards domain is growing fast - more developers, more features, and more complexity ahead. The current QA team has the skills but not the capacity: automation is falling behind, high-priority tasks are piling up, and with Open Fabric on the horizon, the workload is only going to increase. We need a dedicated QA Engineer to take ownership of part of the Cards flow and help the team keep pace without burning out.

What you'll work on

* Manual and automated testing of backend and frontend components within the Cards domain

* Core Cards flows including commissions, KYC, BPC, and upcoming Open Fabric features

* API test automation to expand coverage and reduce regression effort

What you'll be responsible for

* Perform manual testing of backend and frontend components within the Cards domain

* Design, develop, and maintain automated API tests

* Analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure full test coverage

* Participate in grooming, planning, and daily team activities

* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

* Investigate, report, and track defects through to resolution

* Maintain and improve test documentation - test cases, checklists, test plans

* Support regression testing and release activities

* Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices within the team

What we need

* 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation)

* Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and testing types

* Experience with API testing - Postman, REST clients, or similar

* Basic knowledge of test automation in Java, Kotlin, or JS

* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks in parallel

* Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

* Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines - mandatory requirement
