Job Title

You will contribute to the design of AI-driven target architectures – from LLM orchestration and agentic AI to harness engineering in autonomous software factories such as the "Agentic Software Factory" – and learn how to integrate these approaches into enterprise landscapes in a scalable way with measurable business impact

You will develop rule sets, tool chains, evaluation frameworks and CI/CD integrations that govern the behavior of coding agents across the entire SDLC

You will build modern software delivery approaches: from Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD pipelines to automated testing and platform engineering in an enterprise context

You will work directly with clients to translate business intent into precise, testable specifications that agents can execute

You will support the design of evaluation and governance mechanisms that ensure AI systems are secure, transparent, and compliant with enterprise standards

You will communicate architectures and results clearly and convincingly – to both technical teams and business stakeholders on the client side
