- Analyzes, designs, and develops Open Text Exstream Applications using Open Text Exstream Design Manager to generate customer communication forms.
- Configures and defines the Open Text Exstream Dialogue Product Suite, which develops forms, letters, and real-time business intelligence reports and completes solutions that streamline and automate customer communication forms.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, integrates, and maintains Exstream applications to extract data from Facets database (Oracle) and integrate with Open Text Exstream integration service APIs.
- Codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs.
- Communicates project status, direction, and user needs to other team members and development lead to promote an environment of user and team cooperation.
- Assists with the software testing process through test validation and analysis.
- Identifies and resolves software system operating problems in order to provide business continuity.
- Contributes to the development of high-level system architecture documents and detailed design specifications to serve as a guide for system/application development.
- Provides estimates for work required to be completed based on user requirements.
- Maintains basic understanding of industry application development best practices, tools, programming languages, and techniques.
- Keeps current with new software development in the information technology industry and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational and departmental standards and methodologies.
- Utilizes a variety of software engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
Position is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per week. Position may telecommute from home within a reasonable commuting distance of Murray, UT.
Minimum Qualifications- Knowledge of Open Text Exstream design and development of applications.
- Knowledge of working with Exstream Design Manager & Exstream Designer Tool.
- Knowledge of Open Text Exstream Cloud Native version.
- Knowledge of Open Text Communication Server Setup.
- Knowledge of Open Text Comm Builder and Control Center Activities.
- Knowledge of Python scripting, C#, .Net and SQL programming.
- Knowledge of Empower applications setup and fulfillment batch processing.
- Knowledge of the Job Schedulers, CI / CD Process.

Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
