The Project

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (React + Node) to work on a Tech project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Architect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions), ensuring performance and reliability;
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js and Type Script, supporting maintainability and team collaboration;
Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, following best practices for modularity and scalability;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features aligned with business goals;
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;
Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability;
Develop and maintain React-based frontend applications, including state management and frontend performance optimization;
Manage and operate containerized workloads using Kubernetes;
Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

3+ years of experience in full-stack development;
Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js;
Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices;
Hands‑on experience with React, including state management (Redux or Zustand) and frontend performance optimization;
Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and full-stack development;
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration;
Familiarity with version control platforms such as Git Hub or Git Lab;
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform);
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI) for deployment automation;
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis;
Cloud platform experience (GCP and/or AWS).

Location

Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office).
