Being the best pizza delivery company in the world requires exceptional team members working together. At Domino's Pizza, our people come first. Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team.

Drivers typically earn over $20/hr (wage + tips + mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily; hourly wages are paid every other Friday.

Delivery experts can use their own vehicle and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto expenses, or they can use one of our company‑provided vehicles. A safe driving record is a must.

Our drivers have access to cutting‑edge technology to ensure safe delivery of Domino’s products, faster than our competition.

Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Shift options include part‑time or full‑time hours.

Must be 18 years of age or older; must be able to pass a background check; must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; must have reliable vehicle and valid insurance; must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings;

must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make sound judgments and decisions.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside – in‑store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees
• Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust
• Compact work areas, including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools, including ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Walking/Carrying/Climbing – Must travel between store and vehicle and to customer locations; may need to carry pizzas and beverages; navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.
• Driving – Must use safe driving practices and deliver products within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station and front counter; duration ~30‑45 seconds, repeated throughout the day.
• Reaching – Continuous reaching up, down, forward; occasionally above 72”; must reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward for topping ingredients or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination and use of hands continuous; shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, running cutter, boxing.
• Sensing – Talking and hearing by telephone; near and mid‑range vision; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision required for driving.

Employees may advance to positions such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or General Manager.
