Custodial Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with setup and cleanup for school events and activities
- Maintain building security by locking/unlocking doors as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Maintain order and discipline among students while on the bus
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and district transportation policies
- Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or concerns promptly
- Ensure the safety of students during loading and unloading
