Otr Cdl-A Driver

Overview

We are hiring over‑the‑road (OTR) Class A CDL truck drivers with a focus on freight variety, competitive pay, flexible home time, and driver‑friendly benefits. Positions are available for solo and team drivers across multiple locations in the United States.

$1,500 to $2,300 per week (average), $85,000–$90,000 annually for top drivers, 0.60–0.73 CPM. Sign‑on bonuses up to $5,000; referral bonus up to $4,500. Pay anchors include:

• Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week (some positions)
• Up to 75 CPM
• Bonus for clean inspections up to $300

• Transport freight between designated points, including drop & hook, live unload, and tank freight.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain accurate logs (ELD).
• Meet mileage targets and 2,000+ miles per week for OTR roles.
• Adhere to safety regulations, DOT rules, and company policies.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21–22 years of age; 21 for some positions.
• At least 6–12 months recent OTR tractor‑trailer experience; some postings require 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.
• Clean driving record: no DUI/DWI within last 5 years (or 10 years for CDL offenses), no more than 2 moving violations or 1 CMV accident in the specified timeframe.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.

• Experience with pneumatic, vacuum, and liquid trailer freight.
• Ability to work flexible home time: weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly.
• Compliance with pet‑friendly/vehicle rider policy.
• Capability to drive mainly 100% no‑touch freight with CPM in the range of 0.64–0.80.
