Job Overview

We are hiring over‑the‑road (OTR) truck drivers to transport freight across long‑distance, multi‑state routes. The role involves operating a Class A commercial tractor‑trailer, performing pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, ensuring cargo security, and communicating with dispatch.

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation.
• Secure cargo and ensure completion of all pickups and deliveries safely and on schedule.
• Follow Hours of Service requirements and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and delivery updates.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues promptly.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years or older (some positions require 22 or 24).
• 6 months OTR experience in the last 3 years (minimum 1 year for some teams).
• Good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test with no recent drug‑related convictions.
• Must meet all company and FMCSA requirements.

• Weekly pay ranging from $1,000 to $4,500 depending on mileage and routes.

• CPM ranges from $0.54 to $0.80 per mile, with potential increases after 90 days.

• Sign‑on bonuses up to $5,000 and referral bonuses up to $2,500.
