CDL A Drivers w/X Endorsement Run Cryogenics 21 Out & 7 Home (Full Time)

You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you MUST have your hazmat and tanker to qualify.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Drivers starting pay is $300/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train a driver after one year you will make an additional $100/Day.
• Drivers will be assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the US. Drivers must agree to run anywhere in the continental US. Drivers will run 21 days and are home for 7. You can stay out longer if you like. When it is time for your home time you will park the truck at DC and the company will pay for your flight home.
• Full training is provided on cryogenic deliveries at $125/Day, at the end of which you will earn a $1000/Sign‑On Bonus.
• Full benefits kick in after 60 days, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k), and cell phone reimbursement.
• Drivers have a one‑week orientation. After orientation you are assigned your truck, and you drive to meet your trainer. Training is shadow training (you drive your truck and the trainer drives their truck – you do not sleep or share a truck). Trucks are not slip‑seated; they are 100% assigned to drivers, and they are newer model 579 Peterbilt.

Drivers MUST be willing to drive anywhere in the Continental United States with no exceptions. You must also be willing to fly to get home for your home time. Lastly, you can never have failed a DOT drug test ever – even if you have completed SAP.

• One‑year verifiable Class A OTR or Regional driving experience in the last 3 years with at least some tanker experience.
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements; those with tanker or cryogenic experience will be expedited.
• Cannot be SAP – no failed or refused drug test ever.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years, avoiding job hopping.
