YOU MOVE OUR WORLD

• You independently manage and coordinate booking changes
• You provide holistic support to customers for all booking and shipping-related inquiries in daily business
• As an interface, you work closely with customers, internal teams, international agencies, and external partners
• You ensure timely transport processing
• You support in claim management and resolve operational issues pragmatically and efficiently
• You maintain and update relevant customer, booking, and shipping data in the systems
• You engage in proactive, service-oriented communication with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have completed a commercial training as a shipping merchant, merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services or have another commercial qualification or degree - ideally with a logistics focus
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of sea freight or import/export
• You convince with your communication skills towards internal and external contacts as well as your very good customer-oriented mindset
• You like to work in a team
• You have an independent and solution-oriented working style and are an organizational talent
• You have very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
