Tasks

• You are responsible for the disposition and recording of orders.
• You finalize trips.
• You process daily price inquiries and support customers via email and phone.
• You are the contact person for drivers, freight forwarders, and entrepreneurs.
• You coordinate loading with the warehouse.

Qualifications

• You have a successful completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or relevant professional experience in the disposition of international transports in the FTL & LTL area.
• You have good English language skills in speech and writing.
• You possess good technical vehicle knowledge.
• You have good knowledge of driving and rest time regulations.
• Your working style is characterized by team capability, commitment, and flexibility.
• You bring communication skills, assertiveness, and resilience.
