Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our shipping team as a Loader. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently loading window products onto delivery trucks while ensuring product protection, proper staging, and on-time shipments. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work and contributes to the overall success of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely load and secure window products onto delivery trucks
- Verify order accuracy against shipping documentation
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during loading and transport
- Assist with staging and organizing shipments by route or job site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping goals
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to consistently lift and move heavy products
