Parts Clerk

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a reliable Parts Clerk to support our manufacturing operations by managing spare parts, supplies, and materials. In this role, you will receive, label, store, and issue parts; maintain accurate inventory records; and coordinate with maintenance, production, and purchasing to ensure timely availability of components. You will use inventory software to track stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and help keep the parts room organized and safe.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming parts, materials, and supplies
• Issue parts to maintenance and production teams per work orders and requests
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory software
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing of low or critical items
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts room
• Verify shipments against packing slips and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with shipping/receiving and basic material handling tasks
• Support safety, 5
• S, and continuous improvement initiatives in the parts area
