This position is 100% on-site in Arlington Heights, IL. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, hands-on team where your contributions are seen and valued.

As a Construction Project Engineer
, you’ll support our project managers and estimators at every stage of construction — from bid to closeout. Your daily work will make a direct impact, helping us deliver projects that exceed expectations.

• Analyze construction documents and understand scopes of work
• Coordinate subcontractor bids and prepare competitive bid packages
• Create quantity take-offs and input into estimating tools
• Track and manage RFI’s and construction records
• Assist with permitting, safety documentation, and scheduling
• Prepare closeout materials and maintain vendor resources
• Strengthen client relationships and support preconstruction tasks
• Keep projects organized with accurate documentation and communication

• A 4-year degree in construction or related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/specs
• Experience with design-build, construction management, and bid projects
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Procore
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident, communicating across teams
