Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various residential exterior projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project scope and identify potential challenges.
Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and on-site workers.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand and adhere to project plans.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Budget and Cost Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Approve and track project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Quality Control and Assurance:
  • Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively.
Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any changes or delays to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financials, and any potential risks.
  • Prepare final project reports and conduct post-project evaluations.
Working Conditions
  • The position requires frequent travel to project sites within the designated region.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites safely.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction or exterior services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
