• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, both lump sum and negotiated contracts.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to thoroughly understand project scope and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure competitive and comprehensive pricing.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents during pre‑construction phases to ensure alignment of estimates with project execution.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring Osman Construction's ongoing reputation for fairness and excellence.
• Assist in project hand‑off meetings, clearly communicating bid strategy, scope, and risk to the operations team.
