Your Impact And What You'll Do

• Lead take-off, pricing, and bid submissions for commercial general contracting projects — including retail centers, industrial and warehouse developments, corporate facilities, and more — through Osman's turnkey service model.
• Work closely with preconstruction leaders, project managers, and self‑perform trades teams to ensure your estimates reflect real‑world cost, schedule, and constructability considerations.
• Apply your analytical expertise to cost modeling, subcontractor outreach, value engineering, and strategic use of Osman's self‑perform capabilities such as selective demolition, carpentry, and fixturing.
• Develop estimates that serve as the foundation for well‑executed projects through Osman's strong quality control program.
• Integrate safety considerations into cost and schedule assumptions in alignment with Osman's comprehensive Safety & Loss Prevention Program.

• Experienced Estimator — Proven commercial construction estimating experience within general contracting or construction management.
• Technical Expertise — Strong command of take‑offs, bid pricing, cost modeling, and subcontractor outreach.

• Collaborative Approach — Ability to work seamlessly with self‑perform trades, preconstruction leaders, and project managers.
