We are seeking a full‑time Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a premier pediatric dental practice in Arlington Heights, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, assisting dentists during procedures, and ensuring a positive, comfortable experience for pediatric patients. This role involves hands‑on clinical support and patient education in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.

$40,000 per year – $42,000 per year

• Prepare pediatric patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort throughout visits
• Assist dentists during procedures by maintaining a clean, dry oral field and handing instruments as needed
• Sterilize, organize, and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental x‑rays and intraoral photographs as required
• Educate patients and parents on procedures, treatment plans, and oral hygiene
• Support all aspects of clinical dental care in a pediatric setting

• Chairside dental assisting
• Pediatric patient care
• Dental x‑rays and imaging
• Instrument sterilization and setup
• Patient education and communication

• Coronal polishing
• Pit and fissure sealants
• Experience in pediatric dentistry
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience working with children
• Coronal Polish Certification (Preferred)
• Coronal Polishing & Pit/Fissure Sealants Certifications (Preferred)
