As a growing practice, we’re expanding our team and seeking a seasoned, talented, and motivated General, Minimally Invasive, and/or Colorectal Surgeon to join us. This is a full-time opportunity, ideal for someone with prior clinical experience, a passion for patient care, and a desire to grow their practice in both an urban and suburban setting.

• Supportive Team Environment:
  You will be supported by a full office staff and an experienced clinical team, including nurses, surgical assistants, and a professional billing team. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a shared commitment to patient care.
• On‑Site Multi‑Specialty Surgical Center:
  Work in partnership with our state‑of‑the‑art, free‑standing surgical center located conveniently on‑site. The center allows for expansive outpatient practice growth and provides advanced surgical capabilities, including minimally invasive and colorectal procedures. You’ll have access to the latest technology and equipment, ensuring optimal outcomes for your patients.
• Hospital Affiliations:
  In addition to the surgical center, we’re affiliated with three nearby hospitals, including a Level‑One trauma center.

As a surgeon at our practice, you will perform a range of procedures, including advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. We’re particularly interested in surgeons with advanced laparoscopic skills, but we welcome applicants with varied experience. Our focus is on providing high‑quality care through minimally invasive techniques, but you’ll also have the opportunity to perform traditional general and colorectal procedures.

• Perform general, endoscopic, and/or colorectal surgeries, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques
• Collaborate closely with our surgical and clinical teams to provide exceptional patient care
• Participate in outpatient surgical procedures at our on‑site surgical center
• Provide consultation and pre/post‑operative care for patients
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and follow‑up in a timely manner
• Flexibility with call schedules and patient scheduling to promote a balanced lifestyle within the group

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (Minimally Invasive and/or Colorectal experience preferred)
• Advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical skills are highly preferred
• Desire to work with a diverse patient population
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced surgical practice setting
