Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Skills:
Spine and MSK procedures
- Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
- Perform spinal interventional procedures
- Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
- Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
- Physician may be expected to work extended hours
- Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)

Compensation Range based on experience: $214,251 - $373,006
