Our client is a leading manufacturer in the industrial machinery sector. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to customers across the U.S. As part of succession planning, they are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their After-Sales Service team.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing after-sales support by visiting customer sites to perform machine repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires strong technical expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.

• Visit customer sites to perform machinery inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and ensure proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Travel across the U.S. (23 business trips per month, no overseas travel).

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Technician, or similar role in the machinery/press industry.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and related products.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Japanese language skills are not required.

• Annual salary: approximately $80-100K (commensurate with experience).
