Licensed Financial Planner – Full-Time (Arlington Heights, IL)

Salary: $5,250–$7,250 per month (based on experience)
Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Dundee & Route 53)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We’re seeking a Fully Licensed Financial Planner to join our growing team. This is a salaried role (no commissions) where you’ll work directly with our existing client base and help new clients open accounts and implement personalized financial plans.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Open new investment and advisory accounts
• Conduct periodic client reviews and planning updates
• Provide exceptional service and follow-up for existing clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

• Active licenses required: Series 7, Series 65 or 66, and applicable Illinois state insurance licenses
• Minimum: 1 year of experience in financial services or planning
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and service-minded

• Base salary: $6,250 per month ± $1,000 (DOE)
