Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC is one of the largest independent physician‑owned orthopedic practices in the U.S., with 100 locations and 150 physicians throughout the Chicagoland area.

• Carries out treatment plans established by the physical therapist.
• Provides exceptional care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Writes documentation on patient status per compliance guidelines.
• Communicates with supervising PT on progress notes, discharges, etc.
• Supervises rehabilitation technicians and administrative staff as needed.
• Completes daily paperwork and billing dossiers ethically.
• Maintains active state license with required CEUs.
• Builds positive relationships with PT and physician teams.
• Takes active role in patient medical team and facilitates relationships with PTs, MDs, and case managers.
• Participates in IBJI-sponsored programs: mentoring, clinical educator, special interest groups, community outreach.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current license to practice in Illinois.
• Fast‑paced work environment adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lift >25 pounds.
• Good body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing.
• Ability to stand/sit >30 minutes.
• Proficiency with computer for extended periods.

Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
